Why working out 3 days a week can make a big difference

Many people work out for just three days a week and have 4 days of rest, and though that doesn’t seem like a lot in the grand scheme of things, it can be just enough. If you’re looking to get bigger and add more muscle, recovery is just as important as the workout. So if you really work out hard and then have a day to recover, and then workout on another muscle group the following day, you can get into a nice system where you build muscle and have time to repair them too before you head back to the gym. We recommend you try push, pull and leg routines and then add in some cardio too, and if you can get a good balance of these muscle groups every week, you will look and feel a lot healthier. The trick to constantly improving your fitness and figure is making sure you’re aiming to lift more, whilst changing your set and rep amounts.
